Return Policy: Any sealed product, that is still suitable for resale, may be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value, or a credit may be issued to the account with prior authorization from a Bariatric Advantage customer service representative. Any media, including CDs, DVDs, Books & Publications, and Magazines, may not be returned. The verification of the sealed returned containers is up to the discretion of the Bariatric Advantage Warehouse Department and if the returned product is deemed unfit for sale no credit will be issued, no product will be exchanged, and the shipment will not be returned. No credit will be given for any product returned to Bariatric Advantage without a return authorization from a Bariatric Advantage customer service representative. Additionally, the products will not be re-shipped unless the customer agrees to pay for the return shipping. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please allow at least 24-72 hours from receipt of your return confirmation for the funds to be re-deposited into your checking or credit card account. No Returns Will Be Accepted After 90 Days. All refunds are credited to the account excluding the original shipping costs of the product and California State Tax, if applicable. Any Discontinued Products Are Non-Refundable. Tax Rates: Tax Rates - According to applicable law, we are only required to pay taxes for products being shipped within the state where the company has a physical presence. As a result, taxes only apply to products being shipped to the state of CA (7.25%) or a block of zip codes within Orange County (7.75%). Any package being shipped outside of CA is not subject to taxation.
